Devin was brought on board as part of the original design team for this luxury development, Jumeirah Muscat Bay in Oman. Phase 1 of the scheme comprises apartments, residences, and villas with phase 2 to include a hotel. There are a number of pools for phase 1 including formal pools, oasis pools for adults and children, and individual pools for the villas. Devin provided general advice on pool design and produced specifications for the pool water treatment systems. Key design issues advised on included interconnected multi-level pools arrangements, infinity edges, aquatic mural walls, reversible heat pump technology.
