Project details

The former Old War Office building in Whitehall, which once served as the headquarters for statesmen including Winston Churchill, opened in September 2023 as The OWO. The Grade II*-listed building has undergone a grand transformation and is home to 9 destination restaurants and three bars, a 120-room Raffles London at The OWO, and 85 Raffles branded residences. The OWO is host to London’s first Raffles hotel, Raffles London at The OWO, a prestigious new hotel. The Spa at Raffles London is home to a dedicated well-being concept spa delivered by Guerlain and members’ health club by movement specialists, Pillar.

Project role

Devin were part of the team throughout Design and Construction stages with scope responsibility for sauna and steam room design, specification, pool tank design guidance, interactive water and air features and pool water treatment throughout The Spa and branded penthouse residences.
