The restoration of one of London's most well-known landmark buildings is near completion and the first residents of Battersea Power Station will be unpacking their belongings in the coming months.
Simon Murphy, CEO of the Battersea Power Station Development Company, said: “We're reaching a pivotal moment in the transformation of the Battersea Power Station development as the long-awaited vision for this iconic building and the surrounding area becomes a reality."
The renovation of this Grade II* listed building is part of a mixed-use development that will house more than 100 retail outlets, bars & restaurants, as well as leisure spaces and visitor attractions. Devin Consulting was delighted to have worked with architects Dexter Moren Associates, and Foster & Partners on the rooftop infinity pool which will be the jewel in the crown of the new BPS hotel.
One of the really cool elements of this development is the chimney lift which will travel 109 metres up the interior of the North West chimney to the top revealing the most breathtaking views of the capital. BPS has just revealed this CGI which gives a great visual impression of what awaits at the top of the lift. Interactive CGI Bubble
