Reports to: Operations Manager

Based: North Shields

Purpose: Preparation and coordination of 3d and 2d engineering details (full time).

Responsibilities:

  • Creation of Revit models – Mechanical plant, swimming pools, pipework
  • Production of 2D technical drawings – Layouts, schematics, fittings details
  • Systems design calculations*
  • Working to BIM Level 2/LOD300
  • Ensure compliance with QMS procedures
  • Coordination with internal/external project teams (incl. CDE site use)
  • Site monitoring activities
  • Maintain and develop internal/external relationships.

 Requirements:

  • Demonstrable record of delivering high quality output
  • 3 years’ experience preferable (building services, mechanical or related engineering discipline)
  • HNC or similar (Degree required for Project Engineer pathway)
  • Good working knowledge of Office 365 software
  • Excellent written and numerical skills.
