In our recent ECO news series, we introduced Devin Consulting’s ECO design approach for pool water treatment and heat experiences – showing how we put this value into practice. These articles have also highlighted how the ECO design can help clients achieve greater energy efficiency, lower running costs, and compliance with leading sustainability standards.

Our ECO Essentials design delivers sustainability benefits to all our clients as standard. But for those aiming to go further, our ECO Green design enables our clients to meet, or exceed, PWTAG Net Zero and Passive House targets, whilst introducing energy savings of up to 50%.

At the heart of ECO Green is our in-house energy modelling tool, which simulates system performance during the design phase using our own 3D modelling. This ensures energy targets are met before construction begins – allowing us to identify and focus on the biggest energy saving opportunities, whilst reducing risk and improving cost certainty.

A recent case study showed that ECO Green can save clients £15,000 per year on running costs for a typical 6-lane 25m pool.
