· Coordination and preparation of bids and tender submissions (full time)

Responsibilities: · Review PQQs, RFPs, ITTs and EOIs documentation to identify opportunities

· Prepare tender documents/proposals and coordinate support of others

· Undertake post bid pipeline support activity

· Track performance metrics, prepare bid, sales and pipeline updates/KPIs

· Working closely with the MD to increase bid success rate

· Work to existing pipeline and bid proposals procedures and documentation initially, create/develop/enhance thereafter

· Enhance the bid library, and capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement

· Managing the Capsule CRM system.

The role demands flexibility in terms of work ethic.  As with any small office it is impossible to detail precisely all of the reasonable ad-hoc duties and support tasks that will or may arise; we see this as a positive.

Requirements: · Demonstrable record of delivering high quality output to deadlines

· Minimum 3 years’ experience, in a similar role (construction/consultancy pref.)

· Degree or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, or a related field (desirable)

· APMP Foundation or similar bid management qualification (advantageous)

· Good working knowledge of Office 365 software, Adobe and CRM software

· Excellent written and numerical skills.

Rewards: · £33k – £36k negotiable

· Discretionary annual bonus

· 36.5 hours over a 4.5 day working week with early finish Fridays

· Flexible start/finish times
